Orange Moon is het nieuw jazztrio van bevlogen muzikanten Hendrik Lasure (piano), Mathieu Calleja (drums) en Manolo Cabras (contrabas).
Hun muzikaal onderzoek bestaat uit een mengeling van jazztaal uit de wereld van Paul Bley, Cecil Taylor, Ornette Coleman en de Europese jazz die dicht aanleunt bij de geimproviseerde muziek.
Dit trio biedt een waaier van composities waarin het samenspel en het persoonlijk onderzoek zich mengen en zowel dromen als de dans van intieme melodieën oproept aan de luisteraar.

Avec Henrik Lasure au piano, Manolo Cabras à la contre-basse et Mathieu Calleja à la batterie.
Ce trio propose un monde de compositions où le jeu d'ensemble et le son de la recherche personnelle se mêlent et invitent l'auditeur aux rêves et à la danse des mélodies intimistes.
Leur travail de recherche est un mélange du langage du monde du jazz tel que Paul Bley, Cecil Taylor, Ornette Coleman et du jazz européen plus proche de la musique improvisée.
