Het woord "lidlboj" is de fonetische transcriptie in het Nederlands van het Engelse "kleine jongen". De naam zelf roept al de kenmerken van de band op, die door het onbekende lijkt te reizen met de nieuwsgierigheid en frisheid die kinderen hebben. En dit, ondanks de rijkdom van de bagage van zijn leden, die uit een zeer intense en uiteenlopende horizon komen. De betoverende atmosferische geluiden van "lidlboj" bouwen voort op de expressiviteit van de muzikanten, waarbij verschillende muzikale genres, waaronder jazz, electro, pop en rock, worden afgewisseld om een uniek universum van zichzelf te creëren.

The word "lidlboj" is the phonetic transcription of the English word "little boy". The name itself evokes all the characteristics of the band, which seems to travel through the unknown with the curiosity and freshness that children have. And this, despite the richness of the musical depht of its members, who come from a very intense and diverse horizon. The enchanting atmospheric sounds of "lidlboj" build on the expressiveness of the musicians, alternating different musical genres, including jazz, electro, pop and rock, to create a unique universe of themselves.
He had the chance to share the stage with musicians such as Akira Sakata, Sakis Papadimitriou, João Lobo, Christos Yermenoglou, Jeroen Van Herzeele, Augusto Pirodda, Oghene Kologbo, Tony Allen, Baba Ani, Audrey Lauro, Pak Yan Lau, Balasz Pandi, Gonzalo Almeida to name a few.
He is leading the chameleon Quintet Punk Kong since 2015, he is co-founder of Act up trio, Don Kapot, Tape is rolling and side man in bands such as Man on Fire, World Squad, Giovanni Di Domenico's Abschattungen & Ruth Tafebe's Afrosoulmessengerz.
