Een nieuw deel van het festival is de summit. Zes idiosyncratische internationale jazzdrummers en improvisatoren geven een workshop 'impro drummen'. Je kunt met hen meegaan om samen te experimenteren en ter plekke een percussief verhaal te maken. Zal het eindigen in iets unieks en of in totale ritmische chaos? Hoe dan ook, grijp je kans en zoek het uit. Lokale held Gio'pantzer' Barcella neemt het voortouw. Het wordt ongetwijfeld een 'citadelic ervaring'. Voorafgaand aan de workshop is er een heus drumconcert door de meesters zelf.

The summit is a new part of the festival. Six idiosyncratic international jazz drummers and improvisers give a workshop 'impro drumming'. You can go with them to experiment together and make a percussive story on the spot. Will it end in something unique and or in a total rhythmic disaster? Anyway, grab the opportunity and find out. Local hero Gio'pantzer 'Barcella takes the lead. It will undoubtedly be a great 'citadelic experience'. Before the workshop there is a the drum concert by the masters themselves to wet the musical appetite.
